Please join me sometime for a Bikram yoga class. There is a studio in Lancaster near Catholic High. Bikram is a series of 13 standing and 13 floor poses done in a room heated to 98-110 degrees. I have been doing it for 8 years and it is the best workout I have ever experienced! Obviously I do it more in the winter than in the summer during golf season, but you are so right. It increases and maintains flexibility, strengthens, cleanses and is a workout from the inside out. I got so bored with the “gym rat” routine of the 80’s and 90’s then my sister introduce me to Bikram. What a difference it has made in my life!
